Option 1: Submit Membership Form & Payment Manually

Please complete the PDF form online, by typing in your information.  This will allow us to minimize errors due to transcribing handwritten forms.

Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form online.
  2. Print out the form without closing your web page. (Once you close the web page, your changes will be lost.)
  3. Mail the completed, printed form with your check for the appropriate membership level to FCC-N. California, P.O. Box 6688, Albany, CA 94706.


 

Option 2: Submit Membership Form & Payment Electronically

Please note that you do not have to have or open a PayPal account to pay online, PayPal allows you to pay using any major credit card..

Instructions:

  1. Fill out the form online.
  2. Using "save as", save the form as "FCC Subscription - (your family name)" to your computer
  3. Mail Click the "Donate" button below, and enter the amount corresponding to the level of membership you have selected on the form*.
  4. E-mail the saved subscription form to membership@fccnalif.org

 

  • *Please note that PayPal charges us a transaction fee for online payments, so please consider adding $5-10 to your membership level to help cover these fees. If you select "low-income family donation", please be aware that the cost of the benefits you receive from FCC - N. Calif. (newsletters, family directory, educational events, etc.) is being subsidized by other members. Therefore, we ask that you select this level only if there is no other way for you to maintain your membership. Thank you for your understanding.
